Judge Tiiara N.A. Patton cordially invites all bankruptcy attorneys practicing in the Youngstown office of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio to a virtual town hall meeting on Friday, December 11, 2020 at Noon via Microsoft® Teams. The discussion will include amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedures that became effective on December 1, 2020, Judge Patton’s practice and procedures, and any other matters of interest to the bar. Also, representatives from the Clerk's Office, the Office of the United States Trustee, the panel Chapter 7 Trustees, the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee, and the United States Bankruptcy Court’s Attorney Constituent Group will be present and share needed updates and other issues of importance.

The town hall log-in information will be emailed to registered participants by Thursday, December 10, 2020.
