Operational and Procedural Assistance

Callers needing assistance with operational and procedural CM/ECF issues - such as how to correct a filing deficiency, upload an order, or select the appropriate docketing event - should contact the case administrator staff at the appropriate office, using the CM/ECF Help Desk number listed below.  

To determine the correct office, refer to the first digit following the two-digit year in the case number (e.g., in Case No. 25-10000, the digit “1” indicates Cleveland). Use the guide below to identify the appropriate office:

  • 1 or 2 – Cleveland
  • 3 – Toledo
  • 4 – Youngstown
  • 5 – Akron
  • 6 – Canton
