Hearing Scheduling Guidelines

Akron

Judge Alan M. Koschik - With the exception of Motions for Relief from Stay and Motions for Abandonment (chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases only), all matters are scheduled by the courtroom deputy upon receipt of the motion, application, or response. Filers must schedule Motions for Relief from Stay and Motions for Abandonment by selecting an available hearing date. To view Judge Koschik's available hearing dates, click here.

 

Canton

Judge Mary Ann Whipple - All hearing dates are set by the Judge or Courtroom Deputy. Upon the filing of a motion, application, or response, the Clerk will issue a Notice of Hearing or an Order for Hearing will be entered by the Court.

Judge Tiiara N.A. Patton - Hearings will be set either by parties self-calendaring a date from the options listed on Judge Patton's Self-Calendaring Hearing Docket Dates memorandum, or at the direction of the Court. For additional information, refer to the Court Calendaring and Scheduling section of General Practices and Procedures Before the Honorable Tiiara N.A. Patton.

Judge John P. Gustafson - All hearing dates are set by the Judge or Courtroom Deputy. Upon the filing of a motion, application or response, the Clerk will issue a Notice of Hearing or an Order for Hearing will be entered by the Court.

 

Cleveland
