United States Bankruptcy Judge Mary Ann Whipple has been appointed as the Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio effective January 3, 2020.  This two-year appointment was made pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2019-33 of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
