Training and Development

The Federal Judiciary offers a wide array of training opportunities to support employees in learning the skills they need to continually contribute and grow. Training resources are comprised of on-line courses, on-site classroom courses, or participation in court-specific off-site education. Most education is available at no cost to the employee. However, tuition assistance is available as the budget permits, for pre-approved training through private vendors, colleges, or other off-site resources.
